JEANNEAU SUN ODYSSEY 40.3
The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 40.3 is a fast performance cruiser and this example is the two cabin owner's version. She is lightly used and immaculately presented inside and out and viewing is highly recommended to appreciate her condition.
A walk-thru transom and twin wheels allow easy access to the teak laid cockpit. An 80% battened slab reefing mainsail with lazyjacks and the deep keel give an excellent sailing performance. Numerous hatches give good ventilation and lots of natural light below decks where quality fabrics and joinery combine for a luxury air.
Below decks forward is the owners cabin with a centreline double berth, good stowage, a wash basin and full mirror. The main saloon has ‘U’ shaped seating around the saloon table to starboard, with twin seats to port separated by a drinks cabinet, aft of which is the forward facing chart table and nav area. The ‘L’ shaped galley is located to starboard and opposite this to port is the generously sized heads/shower compartment. There is access from here to the cavernous storage area under the port side of the cockpit.
There is a further double cabin aft to starboard that has a huge berth and further stowage. The professionally maintained and ever reliable Yanmar engine is located under the companionway steps.
