DUFOUR 30 CLASSIC
This Dufour 30 Classic is a nice little cruising yacht offering accommodation in two double cabins. She has an easily driven hull form giving a fast sailing performance and is very manoeuvrable under power. She is in private Dutch ownership and all equipment appears in good working order.
The "Classic" tag and design of this Dufour 30 gives her pleasing lines and the beam has not been overly exaggerated (as on some modern designs), with her narrower mid sections resulting in good performance. On stepping aboard from the fixed boarding plank you notice the very large cockpit with plenty of space for sunbathing.
Below decks there is a galley area to port with gas stove/oven, fridge and sink. The forward facing chart table is opposite to starboard with a good size heads/shower compartment aft of this.
The saloon has two full length settees either side of a fold-out saloon table. There is a double cabin with an infill in the forepeak area and a further double cabin aft with good locker space and excellent all-round access to the ever reliable Yanmar 2GM diesel engine.
