CONVERTED CAIQUE

This is a former Greek fishing caique converted for leisure use. Well built on traditional lines they are very strong and have excellent sea-keeping abilities, as you would expect from a working boat design.

On stepping aboard the transom of this boat there is a large aft deck area with seating that can also be used as a sleeping berth. The wheelhouse is forward of this with the helm to port and a navigation area to starboard. There is a convertible double berth in the wheelhouse and access to the engine is under the floorboards. Descending some steps forward there is a small galley area, a further single berth and a heads compartment.

Side decks both sides of the wheelhouse allow access forward and there is a full length canopy covering the boat for excellent protection from the sun.

She is all wood construction with decks being epoxied to prevent any leaks. Regularly maintained by her owner, she is ready to go for this summer.
