CONVERTED EX-ADMIRALTY PINNACE
WOOD CONSTRUCTION LIVEABOARD MOTOR YACHT

This converted motor yacht is believed to have originally started life as an Admiralty Pinnace and perhaps a Dunkirk little ship also. She has undergone a complete transformation in her current ownership and converted to a comfortable liveaboard. She makes an ideal home in the sun and is considerably less costly than a property ashore!

Wood construction with GRP sheathed decks, her lower hull is double diagonal teak planking and all above her rubbing strake has been constructed by her current owner in a huge refit started in 1997 and finished in 2005, of which there is a photographic history.

She is a central wheelhouse with flybridge design and as well as roomy accommodation below she has lots of outdoor living space on the foredeck, aft-deck and flybridge areas, making her an ideal liveaboard in the Med at an affordable price.

The wheelhouse/saloon can be entered from the raised aft-deck or a sliding door to starboard where the internal helm position is located. A chart table and ‘L’ shaped seating is opposite to port.  Aft of this is a settee with further seating opposite and there is built in storage plus an aircon unit for the hot summer, or heating in winter. The main engine, machinery space and diesel tankage is located under the saloon floor.

At the starboard aft end of the saloon, steps lead down to a double en-suite cabin with good hanging locker space. The forward end of the saloon has steps down to a practical ‘U’ shaped galley with good storage and worktop areas. Opposite to starboard is a good sized heads/shower compartment and forward of this a walk in shelved storage area. Right forward in the forepeak area is another double cabin complete with domestic sized wardrobes/hanging lockers. The water tank is situated under the double berth. 

This motor yacht combines traditional underwater lines with a more modern roomy interior.  If you are considering your very own place in the sun this could be just the choice at considerably less expense than a property ashore, with the option of cruising to lovely nearby islands, or of course the ability to cast off the lines and cruise in a different area altogether.
